Wavegarden, Ratho

Wavegarden is Scotland’s first inland surf and leisure centre, providing a world class facility in Ratho. The project is being developed within a disused quarry and comprises a surf lagoon, restaurant, retail outlet, wellness spa, cafes, luxury lodges and glamping pods, and Torridon were involved from inception of the project providing cost management services.

Due to the size and complexity of the project, the team partnered up with a main contractor through a collaborative two stage tendering approach to get best value, buildability and sequencing advice from the contractor at an early stage
