Grade B listed residential refurbishment

The works involve the internal alterations of the existing Grade B listed 2-storey Arts and Crafts style house, to create an open plan kitchen, dining, living area on the GF and new ensuites and improved master suite layout on the first floor. The works include replacing the existing sunroom roof and upgrading the existing floor to provide level access throughout and several sustainability measures were taken to improve the buildings carbon footprint.
