Chivas Brothers, Dumbarton

Tasked with replicating the high-standard fit-out of their Glasgow facility, this project for Chivas Brothers involved creating a welcoming entrance, linking diverse spaces, and revamping the office to match their city-centre establishments. Despite the challenge of a tight deadline and maintaining building operations during construction, our strategic two-stage tendering strategy, regular budget checks and stringent change management process ensured the project was a success.

Our collaborative efforts culminated in a fit-out that Chivas Brothers regards as their best corporate workplace to date, a benchmark for their future locations. As a testament to this, the project was awarded the BCO Regional Refurbished/Recycled Workplace Award in 2023, recognising the outstanding quality and innovative approach of the refurbishment.
