Project Monitoring

Project monitoring is distinct from both project management and construction monitoring and is defined in the RICS Project monitoring guidance note (2007) as:
‘Protecting the client’s interests by identifying and advising on the risks associated with acquiring an interest in a development that is not under the client’s direct control.’

Our staff have carried out Project Monitoring roles over a number of Multi Million pound developments, acting on behalf of the funder.

Our services include:

• initial audit role - ensuring the project meets quality standards and conforms to client requirements.
• progress reporting - We provide regular progress reports to clients including site progress photos.
• practical completion - Ensuring the clients interests are protected through observing and reporting on the completion process.
