11 Unit residential refurbishment

The project comprised of the formation of 11 flats and 1 commercial unit within an existing brick building. A steel frame was erected within the existing brick structure to allow the existing property shell to be retained and re-used with a new internal fit-out.

The site itself was significantly enclosed, with limited access into the site and being closely neighboured by other existing buildings and garages.
